Here's what we do...
During our preliminary and complementary visit, we will spend the time it takes to get to know one another and achieve an understanding of your goals for the remodel. This conversation will ultimately focus on what you can anticipate spending. If we are in accord, we will sign a Design Agreement and proceed.

Utilizing a computer-aided design program, we work with you to develop a reimagined floor plan. It is especially important that we incorporate a furniture layout on this plan to help organize our thoughts.
Once we have arrived at a preliminary plan that embodies your design objectives we are now able to forecast the budget with a little more accuracy and update you accordingly.
We propose to alleviate the inherent uncertainty that is generally associated with remodeling a home in The Springs Country Club.

Having accomplished the plans and specifications, we can now provide you with a detailed budget for the project.
