From the initial design phase to move in, a client can expect their remodeling project to take approximately 8-10 months to complete. Working with seasoned and dependable subcontractors, Dirke and Steve are able to deliver a quality custom home that is tailored to our client’s needs and goals.
Stephen Jones, Designer, Builder
Stephen Jones is a renowned designer and builder of custom homes in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods across the valley; including the Eldorado Country Club, The Vintage Club, and the Hideaway Club to name just a few. Since 2020, Steve has made his home in The Springs Country Club and has shifted his focus to designing projects that are exclusively within the Springs community.
Dirke Thacker, General Contractor
Dirke Thacker is a true Southern California native who has called the Coachella Valley home for over 50 years. His journey in the construction industry began when he was 22 years old. In 1999 he established his own general contracting business . Dirke has
worked with Steve for over 25 years to build some of the finest custom homes in the desert. Dirke will schedule and supervise the
remodeling process.
